1. Poor screening quality


There are many factors that affect the screening effect, including the nature of the feed, equipment factors, and operating factors.

The reasons for the poor screening quality of the laminated vibrating screen are:

1). The sieve hole is blocked

When the mud content and water content in the feed are high, the material will stick to the screen holes and block the screen holes. At this time, the screen holes should be cleaned first, and then the water spray amount and the inclination of the screen surface should be adjusted appropriately.

2). The sieve hole is seriously worn

When the screen is used for a long time, the screen holes will be worn seriously, which will seriously affect the screening effect. At this time, the worn screen holes should be repaired. When the wear condition is serious, the screen should be replaced.

3). Uneven feeding of the sieve

When the feeding trough of the sieve is too narrow, the material cannot be evenly distributed along the entire screen surface, so that the screen surface cannot be effectively used, which will affect the screening effect. At this time, the width of the feeding trough should be adjusted to make the feeding of the sieve uniform.

4). The material on the screen is too thick

Excessive thickness of the material on the screen may be caused by the increase of the feeding amount, the blockage of the screen hole, and the small inclination of the screen surface. At this time, it should be adjusted according to the specific situation.

5). The inclination of the screen surface is not enough

For the circular vibrating screen, the most common reason for the poor screening effect is that the inclination angle of the screen surface is not enough, so the rear support seat needs to be raised. In practical applications, the inclination angle of the screen surface is more suitable at 20°. Generally, the selection range of the inclination angle of the circular vibrating screen is 16-20°. .

6). The movement direction of the eccentric block is not in the same phase

For linear vibrating screen and high-frequency vibrating screen, the poor screening quality may be related to the movement direction of the eccentric block, because two groups of eccentric blocks with the same mass are required to rotate in self-synchronized and reverse directions, and a single vibration direction is generated at each instant. The exciting force at a fixed angle with the horizontal direction makes the screen box perform a reciprocating linear motion. If it is not in the same phase, the direction of the exciting force and the direction of vibration will not overlap, and the effect of efficient screening will not be achieved.

2. The vibrating screen does not cut or leave the material

The reason why the vibrating screen does not discharge or feed:

1). The screen box of the vibrating screen should be installed horizontally on the same horizontal plane. If the horizontal level of the screen box is not balanced, the screen surface will be offset to a certain extent, and the material cannot flow in a straight line;

2). When the rigidity of the support spring of the screen box is too large, it is easy for the material to be subjected to excessive excitation force, resulting in violent vibration. If the support spring is damaged, it will also cause uneven force on the material and abnormal flow;

3). After the screen of the vibrating screen is broken for a long time, the material will not flow normally on the screen surface;

4). When the feeding of the vibrating screen is uneven, the material cannot be subjected to a uniform excitation force, so it will also lead to abnormal flow of the material on the screen surface of the linear vibrating screen.

3. Solutions

1). Adjust the horizontal plane of the linear vibrating screen to keep the screen box level;

2). Select a support spring with a certain toughness as the support of the linear vibrating screen to avoid damage to the support spring due to excessive rigidity, adjust the support spring, and replace the damaged spring structure and damaged screen;

3). Keep the material evenly and continuously fed, and do not feed too much or too little, resulting in an unbalanced load on the screen box.
